The Price Is for the Whole Villa
Villa La Fonte is yours alone: one nightly rate for the entire villa, whether your group uses two bedrooms or all six. Up to 12 guests. Rented to one group at a time, never shared with other guests. All fees included, no hidden fees.
New Private Pool — Opening April 1, 2027
Book spring or summer 2027 and be among the very first guests to swim here.
- 30 × 13 ft (9 × 4 m) private pool in the villa garden
- Seasonal and unheated, generally open April through October
- Open 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. (other hours on request at booking, subject to confirmation)
- Set up daily with sun loungers, pool mattresses and parasols
Important: the pool is NOT available for stays before April 1, 2027. Pool photos are architectural renderings of the finished project.
Your Suite
6 suites of 355–375 sq ft (33–35 m²) each, with:
- King-size bed (180 × 200 cm / 71 × 79 in)
- Private en-suite bathroom with double vanity and shower

The House
A historic villa outside, brand new inside: the original Tuscan exterior has been preserved, while interiors, systems and comforts are completely new. Impruneta terracotta, Rapolano travertine, Carrara marble and parquet floors throughout.

Courtesy rides are arranged in advance and are subject to availability. They cannot be guaranteed at other times.
On Request — Additional Charge

- Private chef: breakfast, lunch or dinner served at the villa. Must be requested at the time of booking, subject to chef availability.
- Private Tuscan cooking class in your own villa kitchen, available on request for an additional charge.

Allow extra time at rush hour. Florence's historic center is a restricted traffic zone: if you drive yourself, park at its edge and walk in. Your host's courtesy rides take you right into the historic center.

From Firenze Rovezzano station (5 min from the villa), regional trains reach Florence Santa Maria Novella in about 12 minutes, an easy alternative to driving.
