Via Scialoja is a fully furnished first floor apartment that  sleeps in 6/8 people (4 rooms) in a old nice building with nice furnitures.

It has two floors within, on the ground floor there is a large entrance hall with an open plan sitting room containing a double sofa, arm chairs and tv. On the left there is one double bedroom and next to it, there is a bathroom with shower. 

Also there is a large kitchen fully equiped with washing machine and an open fireplace. Next to it, there is a laundrey room, storage area and small terrace.

A wide wooden staircase brings you up to the sleeping area with parquet floors and wodden beams on the ceiling. There are three large bedrooms, each with double or single beds, as required. There is a very large bathroom,with 2 sinks, a shower and bathtub.

All kind of shops, including a large super market (COOP), are within 5 minute walk. A 10 minute walk takes you to the Duomo ( centre of  Florence) and to the Campo di Marte train station.

The apartment is also closed to all the main universities and schools of the city center, in particular the Faculty of Architecture of Piazza Ghiberti (5 minutes by walk)

Linen and towels are provided.
