Paolo and Francesca, two young and friendly landlords, rent a beautiful, bright, spacious and full furnished flat (around 110 sq. mt.) located near the heart of the historical and artistic center of Florence...

....(5 minutes from the San Marco Square and 10 minutes from the impressive city Cathedral, the Duomo and the Santa Maria Novella Railway Station).
The apartment is also close (10/15 meters) to the bus station where you can catch the bus that will bring you in the city center in few minutes...
In the apartment there are 2 double bedrooms, one single bedroom, a lunch room, a kitchen (full furnished with MicroWave Oven), a bathroom with bath tube and shower.
There is also available a mansard room (at very good price!) with an independent bathroom with shower...
Is available in the house a DVD, a Hi-FI a Colour TV.
The rent includes also the utilities (gas, electricity, water)
WI-FI INTERNET ADSL FAST CONNECTION INCLUDED IN THE RATES.
HOUSE CLEANING: TWICE PER MONTH INCLUDED IN THE RATES.

Portugal Coral (2007-08-30 00:00:00)Nice apartment, we enjoyed the level of the services..! The area is quite busy around, but in 5/10 minutes by bike we could arrive in the heart of the city so.... We'll be back and we want to thank Francesca for the assistance during our stay....
